I recently spent a weekend at this spa hotel, and while the food was exceptional and the location stunning, the service left a lot to be desired. Despite the beautiful views of Lake Windermere, the check-in process was not welcoming, and I experienced some frustrations with the spa facilities. For the price, I expected better service overall.
